Software & Web Developer

Joined as an intern for three months, then transitioned into a full-time role. Work spans production web features, UX, databases, software testing, performance optimization, transactional emails, and product collaboration with the founder.

Cybersecurity & IT Intern

Part-time cybersecurity training focused on isolated lab practice with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Windows Server Active Directory, LDAP/LDAPS, certificate-based authentication, network services, traffic analysis, and enterprise security tooling.

• Configured firewall interfaces, zones, security policies, NAT, DHCP, DNS, and routing in virtual lab environments.
• Integrated Palo Alto administrator authentication with Active Directory and validated LDAP on TCP 389 and LDAPS on TCP 636.
• Worked with SSL/TLS certificates and Certificate Authority integration for secure authentication.
• Troubleshot connectivity, routing, DNS, NAT, policy matching, and authentication issues.
• Gained training exposure to Forcepoint DLP, GlobalProtect, virtualization, Wireshark, and enterprise cybersecurity workflows.
